October 30, 1977, Dad decided to take all 12 of us & his mom to America for a better life even though chances of survival was very slim. I'll never forget that day as we all climbed up to the fishing boat, escaped VN to Malaysia refugee camp. After 6 months, we were lucky enough to get sponsored & made it to America. Our lives couldn't have been better, thanks to the mastermind of my Dad, a brilliant man that he was, very successful businessman left everything behind, all his wealth to buy our freedom. Friday, 10/09/2020, at age 89, he fought his last battle and left behind a legacy that none of us could never have done. Now he'll be glad to meet his sweetheart, as he's being escorted up to heaven by my brother. Who would have thought they both left us at the same time. Dad, now you can RIP and know that we all love you very much. Thank you for never turning your back on us no matter what and for always supporting us in everything we've done, good or bad. We love you Dad and glad that you're finally with Mom. RIP
